Subject of the Systemic Approach

The Systemic Approach

The systemic approach represents a broader way of thinking—an epistemological perspective—applied across various scientific disciplines, such as psychology, sociology, politics, economics, and medicine. In alignment with the principles of wholeness and evolution that define it, systemic theory is continuously enriched by theoretical positions and research data from other fields. More recently, it has incorporated insights from attachment theory and neuroscience—resources that our Center integrates into both seminars and therapeutic interventions.

Systemic psychotherapy has been shown to be effective in addressing a wide range of psychological issues, including depression, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, psychosomatic problems, eating disorders, complicated grief, divorce, and anxiety disorders. It also addresses difficulties in couple relationships, separation and divorce, challenges in parent-child dynamics, as well as behavioral issues in children and adolescents that affect their adjustment within the family and school environment.

Learning counseling skills based on Systemic Therapy is increasingly attracting the interest of professionals in the field of mental health.
