I’m really looking forward to joining the program. Knowing the work of Katerina and Achilles, I’m certain it will be more than just a leadership training — it’s a process of transformation, both personal and professional.
Αntonis., Founder & Business Coach
I’ve worked with the ke.sy.thes team before, and every time I come away with a clearer mind, a sharper vision, and tools I start using the very next day. This program is definitely a rare opportunity.

"Attending the Systemic Leadership Workshop led by Achilleas Kotrozos as part of the Techstars programme was a transformative experience. It challenged my conventional understanding of leadership by introducing systemic thinking—helping me see the broader dynamics at play in teams and organizations. Through powerful frameworks and interactive exercises, I discovered how unseen patterns and relational structures impact decision-making and influence. I left the workshop with a clearer sense of how to lead not just from a position of authority, but by fostering healthier team systems and enabling collective intelligence. The insights I gained have already made a tangible difference in how I approach strategy, communication, and problem-solving within our business"

Why Join the Systemic Leadership Program?

Lead Beyond Skills. Lead with Awareness. The 21st-century leader is no longer defined by authority or expertise. They are defined by their ability to connect, reflect, and navigate complexity. In a world of constant change, multicultural teams, remote work, and global interdependence, leaders face challenges for which traditional education has not prepared them. This is where Systemic Leadership begins. Complex Times Require Systemic Eyes Whether you're leading a business unit, an entire organization, or a fast-growing team, you're likely facing: · Multigenerational dynamics – Boomers, Millennials & Gen Z working side by side with different languages, needs & expectations. · Cultural complexity – Leading across borders and cultural mindsets in multicultural, hybrid teams. · AI disruption – Where information is available to all, what matters is connection, empathy, and narrative intelligence. · Post-merger organizational trauma – Navigating invisible tensions, silos, and resistance in change. · Interconnected systems – Supply chains, global markets, stakeholder ecosystems: today’s leader operates in webs, not lines. This program equips you to see, think, and act systemically.

What Makes This Program Different?

✔ Not just a course — a transformation journey
✔ Tools to map human systems, not just processes
✔ Trained to listen beneath the surface
✔ Narrative-based leadership – make meaning, not just strategy
✔ Appreciative Inquiry & systemic coaching tools
✔ Psychological safety, team coherence & resilience practices
✔ Deep reflection on your own leadership identity This is not a one-size-fits-all training. It’s a boutique experience for leaders ready to look inward — to lead outward.
