To this end, we incorporate experiential exercises, supervision of clinical cases, and personal development sessions as part of the training. Key personal development processes include:
Genogram
Self-reflection through experiential exercises and supervision groups
Personal development group (within the training program)
Practical Training
Practical training prepares participants to apply systemic therapeutic techniques by giving them the opportunity to practice what they have learned in real-life sessions. These sessions take place under live clinical supervision, where candidates are guided in real-time by an experienced systemic therapist. Clients involved in this process provide written consent.
The practical training takes place either at the Center in Ioannina or in partner institutions in Athens and other cities. Consistent participation in this process is of critical importance.
Supervision (Group and Individual)
As part of the program, participants receive supervision for clinical cases that originate either from their workplace or the Center itself.
Participation in group supervision based on experiences from the candidates’ practical training
Participation in individual supervision sessions with a supervisor
Handling a clinical case under supervision
Individual and group assignments throughout the program
Final thesis project
All participant activities and assignments are supported continuously by the ke.sy.thes team.

The purpose of the program is to equip graduates with the ability to carry out effective therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and professional groups facing psychological difficulties, relational challenges, or organizational issues.
Throughout the program, special emphasis is placed on the personal development of participants—specifically on self-awareness, understanding, and respecting others’ perspectives and emotions. For this reason, the training centers around experiential exercises for personal growth, supervision of trainees’ clinical cases, and observation of therapy sessions.
The program also focuses on the development of professional competencies and therapeutic skills, as well as the personal qualities of each participant.
